Advisor, Advisory Council
Our Advisory Council is a body that provides non-binding strategic advice to the organization's standing committees. The Advisory Council does not have authority to vote on matters or bear legal fiduciary responsibilities and are composed of accomplished experts offering innovative advice and dynamic perspectives. Meeting with Co-Chairs of the Committee on an as-needed basis, the Adviser can provide strategic direction, guide quality improvement, and assess program effectiveness.

Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator will work with Outreach Coordinator to develop our volunteer program and build our volunteer network. The volunteer coordinator will support volunteer management efforts including: volunteer recruitment, volunteer retention and recognition; the planning, facilitation and maintenance of initial and ongoing training; and the development and scheduling of community education and outreach activities.

Online and Social Media Volunteer Opportunities
We are currently seeking a social media volunteer or intern with marketing and/or advertising experience to help promote our mission, market our varied projects and programs, as a liaison. If you enjoy using a computer or sharing information on social media then being a virtual volunteer may be a good fit for you. In this volunteer area, you would use your online and social media skills to share updates, news articles and other info on our Social Media profiles.

Fundraising Coordinator
The Fundraising Coordinator will develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects, and delivery of core operations; work in partnership with the Executive Director and other team members to achieve the organization's aims and ensure stability and longevity is in place for TUF Project and its programs; acquire and develop a strong fundraising portfolio together with other members of the core team, stakeholders and relevant contacts; identify and develop suitable fundraising opportunities, new projects and funds; cultivate and nurture successful and productive relationships with potential corporate/foundation sponsors and individual donors; monitor fundraising progress and produce quality reports for internal and external parties when required with accuracy; write compelling grant proposals and bids to procure corporate, foundation and government funds; expand the TUF Project's network through the development of new and beneficial relationships; contribute to TUF Project promotional articles and publications to raise awareness of the work and the organization’s initiatives; contribute to TUF Project communication strategy (in relation to fundraising) as required; attend and participate in necessary meetings; network effectively and ensure TUF Project is maximizing opportunities for funding and development at all times; maintain organized and efficient records of all activities and contacts; maintain an up to date awareness of TUF Project activities so that fundraising activities are appropriate and informed correctly.
