What is the Growth Circle?

​Here's a space where you can embrace the technology of being a woman of color and culture - authentically. You'll hear the inspirational stories of women experiencing and overcoming challenges while learning how to grow together. Be encouraged by the stories and be inspired to tell your own. You'll receive heartfelt encouragement, compassion and caring support from women who are just like you! ​​

​TUF Project, Inc does not provide clinical mental health services. The Growth Circle is not intended to replace the utilization of therapy facilitated by a licensed therapist. If you have previously attended an in-person event, and have seen the benefit, we ask that you share the growth circle with other women.

Private Zoom Call Meetings

The on line meetings are held using the zoom platform. We have a created a space where women can embrace the technology of being of color and of culture. There is no pressure, no red carpet, and no need to be "camera ready." We are always mindful of women who come to share. We cultivate a protected space and respect confidentiality.

I honestly feel like this session took a load off of me.  The ladies made it feel very comfortable to share things about myself that I don't normally share with anyone. I also realized that there is a lot of strong women that have their own story which was similar to my own in some way.  I am extremely pleased that I went out and engaged with this group.  I look forward to future sessions."
